Jack Riccobono brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial excellence and strategic vision to TKG, where he leads property acquisition, development, and portfolio management. With a foundation rooted in grassroots sales and national business development, Jack applies his business acumen to identify high-potential opportunities in the real estate market, transforming distressed or overlooked assets into thriving investments.
Through rigorous market research, calculated risk-taking, and disciplined operations, Jack has helped drive TKG’s success across residential, commercial, and mixed-use property projects. His ability to align renovation and development plans with market demand and long-term value creation has positioned TKG as a trusted name in the space.
Jack’s entrepreneurial track record includes co-founding and scaling multiple 8- and 9-figure companies across industries, including automotive and home services. Acquisition Specialist
Nea Riccobono brings a well-rounded background in education, property management, and client relations to her role as Acquisition Specialist at TKG. A graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Nea began her career focused on development and leadership at the family level before transitioning into property management, where she cultivated strong organizational and communication skills.
Her passion for building relationships, coordinating logistics, and driving results supports TKG’s mission of strategic growth and operational excellence. Nea is also actively involved in community initiatives and enjoys contributing to team and client engagement through thoughtful planning and collaboration.
